We recommend booking your flights and transportation at least one month in advance. Nearest major airports include Frankfurt (FRA), Berlin Brandenburg (BER), and Munich (MUC), depending on your retreat location. Most of our venues offer shuttle services or are accessible via Deutsche Bahn.
Comfortable layers, soft footwear, a reusable water bottle, journal, natural toiletries, and swimwear are recommended. Most retreat centers provide towels, bedding, and yoga mats, but a checklist will be provided. Germany’s climate can shift rapidly, so include light rain gear and a warm layer.
Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your retreat dates. EU travelers may use national ID. Some retreats may request a basic health questionnaire to tailor your experience. We also suggest carrying your travel insurance documents and medical info.
